Terdell Nash is a GRC practitioner and AI/RPA Developer with experience spanning federal intelligence operations, enterprise IT, and applied AI development.

He currently works for the United States Air Force (USAF) in the ACC A3/AI office as an AI/RPA Developer, creating AI-powered automation. His development experience includes Power Automate, Ask Sage, and Python. He brings a background in technical program management, including Chesapeake Connects (CCX), a $47 million municipal broadband initiative, to the planning and delivery of practical automation.

Terdell has also provided consulting support to federal agencies including FEMA and the U.S. Department of Energy, contributing to risk management, security operations, and governance alignment work. His earlier career in Coast Guard Intelligence and DHS consulting provided direct experience with classified network protection and federal compliance frameworks.

Terdell holds CISSP, PMP, CGRC, and Security+ certifications and brings working knowledge of NIST, ISO, and CMMC frameworks to each engagement — practical experience earned in real environments, not just exam prep.

Outside of his primary role, Terdell founded Terdell Nash Consulting LLC, and developed AbleSphere, an AI-powered education support platform that placed second in a Microsoft AI Hackathon.

GRC and Responsible AI remain central to his consulting practice. He helps teams assess risk, establish governance, and connect policies to implementation. His development work brings a practical view of data handling, output validation, and human oversight to AI adoption and automation.
